I noticed that all issue comments include a summary table, even if there are no changes:

Thanks! Reviewed, tested, and committed to HEAD. Just have to deploy this on d.o now (which I'll probably do in a little while, just trying to clean out a few other low-hanging fruit before I sync everything into SVN and deploy)...
