I followed the instalation instructions, but then I access ?q=admin/themes/taxonomy_theme I got a blank page....

Someone could help me please?

I can tell you that taxonomy_theme works fine for many people (I have it installed on 3 different systems) ... so I dont think it is a bug (but you have the chance to prove that black is white ;)). However you need to be more specific ... What exactly did you do (I mean 'I followed the installation instructions')? Did you try to update from 4.6? Do you have a clean install? What version of Drupal, taxonomy_theme, php, ... are you using?
Sounds a bit like a caching issue to me ... you could try to flush the cache ...

I forget to enable taxonomy module ;)

But the install doc didn't say anything about it, or I didn't read it... ;)
