Line 311 of template.php throws a warning if there are no themes issues and the array has not been initialized

I attached a patch to fix this.... what I changed was
Line 311 of template.php:

$vars['themed_block'] = (in_array($vars['block']->region, $themed_regions)) ? TRUE : FALSE;

to:
if (is_array($themed_regions))
$vars['themed_block'] = (in_array($vars['block']->region, $themed_regions)) ? TRUE : FALSE;
else $vars['themed_block'] = FALSE;
