I'm unable to apply the patch:

patch -p0 < ../nodeincck.patch 
patching file nodeincck.module
Hunk #1 FAILED at 24.
Hunk #2 succeeded at 115 (offset -1 lines).
Hunk #3 FAILED at 187.

Did you make the patch again the latest CVS checkout and according to http://drupal.org/patch

Nope, I created the patch against the latest release. I did follow the guidelines, though.

Here is a quick patch against the HEAD version.

I applied the change and checked that in. Get the latest 'dev' and try. This update includes this issue and #634504: Invalid argument supplied for foreach
