status/promote states should be configurable

this duo of module rawks but there is one thing that would make it way more useful (imo).

when you create a subscription, it would be nice if you could decide how to set the default "publishing options". ie: are nodes from this channel published and/or promoted to the front page by default or do we simply leave the options how ever they are set on the publishing site.

when a node from a channel is updated on the publishing site, the "publishing options" (publish/promote etc) settings should stay intact on the subscribing site or there should be an option to update them when the published channel is updated.

the aggregator2 module works this way.
