Conflict with Dialog API

Hi,
I tried bueditor with Dialog API. And it appears that:
Bueditor any pop-ups (image insert, link insert...) appear behind dialog window and not clickable.
Use case - comment reply.
I changed z-index ,ok, pop up from bueditor now in front of Dialog API pop up, but is not clickable.

Not sure with what module is this problem, left same question in Dialog API issues queue.
