After updating to Drupal 6.15 aliases with [bookpathalias] doesn't create correctly. E.g., a node with title "test" and pathauto pattern "[bookpathalias]/[title-raw]" has exactly this alias: [bookpathalias]/test
Other tokens I use works correctly.
All active modules are the same as before updating.

Sorry - I have re-updated my site step-by-step and found that real reason was in that I accidentally turned off taxonomy module. Issue is closed.
