This page http://drupal.org/node/213007 about comments is about modifying the core comment.module. We all know that modifying core anything isn't a good idea.

Should this page be unpublished or have a disclaimer or ???

It looks like the page has been removed, unpublished, or some such thing. At least, I am getting a 404 error on it.
