A fresh 3-column layout for Drupal. Still usable over 4000m!

this is my theme, but i want to 3 things from it.

Background: I want to blank background like white

Sheet: This term used in artisteer. There a line cover the website. it is between website and background. its color is blue. I think you understand where i mean.
Sheet: I want to delete it or change with more modern one.

Header: I want to delete header section (images) and instead of it, I want to create a block there for my ads. there is header block in this theme but i doesnt work

This issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
