Hi - I did get autotagging to work and so far, while some of the tags chosen are pretty bizarre (not your fault), I do have something I just don't understand. After content is tagged, the tags are clickable and appear to lead to ...somewhere. However, if you click on a tag you end up with page not found.

Tag links are generated by drupal; Autotagging doesn't handle that part of the functionality; its sole purpose is to save the generated terms, not display them on the page (that job relies on taxonomy module).
