I have defined a panel, and wanted to enter in left pane (in a two column stacked panel) the "Ask a question" form from the FAQ_ask module. I get this error when I press FINISH after getting the dialog window to configure the paramenters and add the content in the left pane:

An error occurred while attempting to process /panels/ajax/add-pane-config/panel_context%3Apage-campanya_cec%3Apage_campanya_cec_panel_context/left/block/faq_ask-1/form

And when pressing OK in the error dialog, it returns to the "add content" window of panels, and nothing is added.

The patch uploaded in #198828: Notify Asker on answer adds a block you can use in panels in stead. Please test.

Thanks. I've installed you patch in the faq_ask module and it seems to fix the problem that I reported in this issue. There is a problem in my panel with the size of the textarea for the question, but I'll report that in #198828: Notify Asker on answer to keep the comment next to the patch.
