Hi I use Vertical Tabs & Highslide all the time, and I feel like I've used SWF Tools with them before as well. Can you try disabling SWF Tools and see if Highslide and Vertical Tabs work?

I have tried your suggestion, but not work, even I disable Vertical Tabs, then I enable highslide with SWF Tools, it's still not work. Does it need more dependence module (instead imagecache and imageapi)?
other information, fckeditor module is not working too :( with this module

Also, which version of SWF Tools are you using, and what SWF Tools modules do you have enabled? I just enabled SWF Tools, Highslide, and Vertical Tabs on a clean site and they are all working together nicely. :)

I use version 6.x-2.5, so you use three of them on clean site, I have many module in my site, everything is OK before I use this module, so maybe I will use other module like this

Can you try turning off Javascript preprocessing and see if that fixes your problem? If it does, make sure you are using minified versions (not packed) of all the javascript files for these modules (You can download the minified highslide js here). Packed javascript files have been known to break with compiling turned on.

I use this js for highslide (from the link you given), not the packed javascript, like the install.txt suggested, I will reported here when I have tried the packed javascript, not tonight, I have finished my other work
