fatal error when upgrading to 6.1.17

Hello there,
when upgrading from 6.1.11 to 6.1.17 I came up with this fatal error:

Fatal error: fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed in /home/expat9c/public_html/deltabridges/sites/all/modules/emfield/contrib/emvideo/emvideo.theme.inc on line 41

Can't seem to figure out what I have done wrong... any help would be more than welcome :)
