It would be nice to export the mailcomment settings as a feature. I don't actually know how to do that, but may have some time to work on it ;)

I guess http://drupalcode.org/viewvc/drupal/contributions/modules/features/API.t... is the best documentation?

Can you confirm that this makes sense and is worthwhile?
