If the user is not allowed to move to any other transition so only a single radio form element is visible, let's hide the workflow field. In most cases the user doesn't even need to think about this. "Why can't I unselect this radio button?" "Is this form broken?"

This patch also eliminates the workflow comment field when there is only one workflow choice. I'd like to hear from others on this question: when the user cannot change the workflow state, would you still like them to be able to enter a workflow comment?

Note that a workflow comment is different from the page content type's Log message field. I'm inclined to agree with Matt, that there's no need for it.

I would like it to work the way Matt describes. In fact, I was looking for an option to turn off the workflow comment altogether. I'll be installing this patch and would like to see it in core.
