A french guy is working on Web File Manager. He has exported the .po on localize and saw that the last version (6.11) was empty. What's happened ? How are synchronized .po and new versions modules ?

There were issues with missing release information, see #589774: Missing original strings for some modules (was Missing module release data). Please reopen if still applicable though.
