Uninstalling a module should delete information from the blocks table.

This is really a core drupal bug.

BUT, if we really wanted to cleanup in apachesolr_uninstall we'd do DELETE FROM {blocks} WHERE module = 'apachesolr'; Likewise apachesolr_search.
