When i turn on "Widgets are located in the current theme directory" checkbox, Admin theme (http://drupal.org/project/admin) dissapeared and default theme is used. If you try to set it again, it doesn't help and default theme is used again. But if you uncheck this checkbox, the Admin theme automatically shows again as usual.
