Custom map of a uprofile location field

I have users enter their location as a location field in the Advanced User Profile (Content Profile) uprofile.

Is there any way to set up a custom gmap of all the locations given by this field (field_location)? I would like each location to show up as a marker with the user name given upon clicking.

Is this possible?
