You have to edit the Views to which you want to add the flag. Add a relationship to the Flag and then add the field (see the attached screenshot -- if it's not immediately clear, it will be more obvious once you start editing the view).

Hi. I am following the screenshot but then in the view no status is displayed. Should I upgrade my flag module to 2.x? I am currently still using flag 1.1. Thank you for your help. :)

Please see Using Flag with Views 2.x. This is not really an FBSS issue. You don't need to use Flag 2.x -- it works with 1.x.
