The compact output should basically not include non-translated strings, since there is no metadata about them anyway. Simple fix, we need to inner join instead of left join.

Tested, committing right away.

Actually, we can also have empty translations when there are only suggestions yet, so we need to skip empty translations when exporting compact as well. Committing this follow up as well.
