BenK commentedI'm also experiencing this issue.... but not just for User #1. Any user that has permission to see the Voting Details tab gets the tab on all content types. Any ideas for a solution?

Attached a patch to sort out the "tab on all nodes" issue.
This patch was made against the latest 2.x-dev version (14 Jan 2010).
