When randomizing questions

I get the following error. Every time I try to put in the name of a question to present questions in a random order.
"Validation error, please try again.."/

How do I add questions to be random?

Quiz Version 6.33 - Quiz, Quiz Questions, MultiChoice
MySQL database 5.0.67
PHP 5.2.10
