Unable to list all months in block by setting the "Maximum month links in block" to 0, seems that you have to have a number greater than zero otherwise no list/block is generated.

also the description text states "Enter a number to limit the number of months linked in the block, blank or "0" to list all months.", hover you cannot leave it blank you must enter a number.

This is an error in the description for the field. I've corrected it, and tightened up the validation on the form as well. Thanks for spotting it.
