The text says Este es el mejor Drupal para diseño conteporal de site -- it's the best Drupal (web site) for web design.

As the post then adds a random code fragment that has no relation with the text before it, I would classify the post as spam.
I would rather delete the post and block the user, if this is not the first post made from the user.

If then the user added a comment to repeat what he already said, then I would have a reason more to think the post is spam.

I decided it was spam and deleted it.
It was pretty much a post and comment linking to a site elsewhere.

If he does similar again block his account.
