Using same currency format as saved in the Store Settings form.

Hi,

Just a minor issue, but it would be nice if the workflow of entering currencies in the store administration would respect the setup made in the store settings form. In my case, I use comma's for decimals and that's how I filled it out in the store settings. Whenever I want to add a price (product form, flat rate setup, etc...) I am obliged to use a dot as a decimal sign.
