This will be more user friendly cause user who add a job offer is probably the person who will answer the aplications

Not necessarily true. The person posting the job ad might not be the person who should receive the application, or even in the same organization for that matter. For example, an administrator might be adding the posting to the site but it's human resources that should get the application email. Why greatly reduce the flexibility of the module to save a few extra keystrokes?
