A database issue at my site (Bryan Ruby: CMS Report, Source: http://drupal.org/aggregator/sources/90) caused a malformed feed item to be displayed on Drupal Planet. The feed item that should be deleted has the title: <!-- google_ad_section_start -->n/a<!--

To clarify, I'm only asking that the feed item be deleted and not for my feed to be deleted from Planet Drupal.

Can't fix we can not delete items AFAIK you can fix them item and then aggregator will update.
