i'm not certain if access control belonmgs in this module suite. but if it does, it probably can go onto the node edit form and not isolated on the 'wiki' tab. my .02 based on brief testing of the module.

Since I believe many admins would like to be able to control access to nodes depending on if they are inserted into the wiki or not (and if they are protected or not), an access control module is required to make Liquid useful IMHO.

Whether this should be done in the edit form or in a separate tab is a question of tast. I like to have access to all Wiki related functions on a specific tab rather than having them in the already crammed edit form.
