Cannot preview when posting replies to drupal.org

I don't know what has happened but I cannot preview any post when writing a reply to drupal.org.
The preview button just redraws the screen with my input text area, but does not show the previewed text I have written. Has anyone else had this problem? Preview in the forums works OK but preview in the module issue queue is not working for me. Also the upload file hangs after uploading the second file.

The preview does the same for me, but when you use preview while editing a handbook page it is fine. I don't know the reason. The Drupal webmasters might have an answer if it's a problem. I see you have been a user for a long time and maybe it worked before.. I don't know.
