I've installed FileField_path module (and imagefield token) with drupal 6.13 & 6.14.

I don't find any setting page or area.
http://[mysite.com]/admin/content/node-type/[node-type]/fields/[field-name].

Have you created a FileField or ImageField on your node?

And I assume you aren't actually taking the above URL literally? If so, don't.
