I think the module is in good shape to do a new release and plan to do one in the next few hours/days. The only thing I could imagine trying to fix is #530686: Extra blank tab in admin/reports/browscap interface and/or php notice from hook_menu but I'm not even entirely sure what's causing it...

I fixed that last bug (with some help from Dave Reid and Rob Loach) and I'm making releases now. Yay.
