hi.
i know from ubercart that there're translation limitations when it comes to multilanguage store.Does e-commerce has the same limitations as ubercart?or is it translation limited free :D

I do not know of any translation limitations. However if you do find any please raise an issue and I will fix them.

I only speak 1 language so I don't know a lot about translation but I will do anything I can to make sure that there are no limitations in translations.

so basically what are you saying is that it's not yet tested or no issues have come up so far consering 'tranlastion' problems.

eC has the same issue, as it's the way the i18n module works that's giving everybody issues.

I think it might improve with D7 as I believe (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) you'll be able to translate the body 'field' instead of creating a new node (don't know about the title though).

But until then, I don't know if Gordon has any tricks up his sleeve.

i hope he does then!so basically this is an issue afterall if you want to set up a multilanguage e-shop site!
