There needs to be an easy way to filter lists of cases (besides using Search cases link, which requires a keyword now) -- so that, for example, I don't see closed/active cases. Not sure how best to approach this since the status values are dynamic (editable by admin).

This seems pretty crucial to me. project.module has a way to sort easily...

Maybe others can weigh in, too?

Gerhard, maybe you can advise, and maybe we can get Sanjeev on that. (And let's get e-mail-to-case stuff going intuitively and smoothly...)

David, I plan to remove the mandatory keyword from search. I just wanted to wait untill the code in search.module is a bit settled.

you could write some case_tracker.views integration module and then Views handle these listings.
