I have tried numerous times to find the advanced settings needed in webform for the block setting. They are just not there. I have even uploaded the fix and that didn't help either. I'm losing my mind. Help.

Webform doesn't have any "block settings" you might be thinking of the Webform Block module: http://drupal.org/project/webformblock.

Webform Block was included in the 3.3 release from what all I've been able to see. However like the OP I am at a loss as to where to go to set this up so I can display a webform in a block. Can anyone help?
