nodecomment form pane doesn't work with new content types

My patch from #473354: Panels/CTools integration uses a 'comment_' prefix for variables instead of the new 'node_comment_' prefix. This means the form will only work with nodecomments on node types that were created before the prefix change. 1-line patch included fixes the issue (assuming update 6201 has already been run).
