I just installed the latest dev version on D6.13.
When I create a node and save the hours of operation for sunday, monday, tuesday, and wednesday (which are the only days visible by default) everything displays fine on the node.
However, when I edit the entry, the fields in edit mode show the hours on the wrong days. It shows sunday fine, has a value for sunday's additional hours, monday fine, has a value for monday's additional hours, and tuesday is fine.
I had to change the number of default values to 14 (from 7) to get all of the days of the week to show up. I think this should be the default.
