Work rule "Edit/Delete ANY reports" ?

Settings of "node module":
user A, user B - are authenticated users.
NOTE: anonymous users cant see any content.

access content A, B
administer nodes A - NO, B - NO

create report A, B
edit own report A
delete own report A
edit any report B
delete any report B

If reports, created by user, A are unpublished:
I cant open/edit/delete with user B, reports of A users - this is problem.

If reports are published:
I can open/edit/delete with user B, reports of A users - its OK.

If I set "administer nodes ON" to group B, I can edit/delete any report (this is what I want) BUT I have access to other content types. This is security problem.

I would like to ask you more skilled guys How I can edit unpublished reports (owns A + B) with user B ?
