I'm french so sry for my english :)
I don't understand how edit an User Profil content. On my profil page i can see the good content (create by User Profil) but when i click on "edit" (in the tabs) I can just change usuals profil content. It's not the User Profil form.

This has nothing to do with APK. Content Profile provides the ability to integrate the node edit form with the edit account page like core profile does. If that's not working for you, perhaps you have something set wrong. Moving over to CP's queue for further help.
