Any update about this?
On the page of the gecode project:

6.x-1.x-dev	2009-Mar-21

But last CVS change is from the September 2, 2009.

This is a critical because update status don't work. So If they have security problem you are not alerted.

I know there is no supported version or "ready to production"...

I have removed the snapshot release, which doesn't seem to be working. I have added an alpha1 release, with a few recent fixes, and will follow up with another release when we've hashed out the rest of the current issues.

Just keep it open because drush don't work well with this problem (it dowload the old -dev snapshot). Nobody know what some projet on drupal.org have this kind of problem?
