Add "destination=" arguments to all links

Particularly with "edit" and "delete" links, you'd really like to end up back on the listing page where you started.

This tiny patch adds destination information so that all submitted forms will return to their original page. This is practically like "edit in place" for node edit links in a teaser listing.

I suppose this could be an option on the settings page, but I can't think why you wouldn't want to return to where you started with any of these links.
