Sins everything looks normal when using default theme, it seams that the problem is in this theme.
Any ideas how to solve this?

NaheemSays CreditAttribution: NaheemSays commentedyou can create a local.css to give the main content a different z-index so that it shows above the side bars, however as the content is overlapping, something would be underneath or on top - you will have to choose either the sidebar or the main content.
Another option is to not show the sidebar on such pages that need a greater width for the main content? you can change the visibility in the block settings.
