On my site i have different grouptypes.
In each of the different groupcontenttypes i want different groupcontent posted.

For instance:

In groups of groupcontenttype A i only want 'pages' and 'blog's' to be posted by the groupadmin.
Members should only be able to post an 'event'

Whereas in groups of groupcontenttype B i only want 'pages' and 'stories' to be posted by the groupadmin.
Members of this groupcontenttype should only be able to post pages

Could i create such a scenery with OG Read Only?

You can do this by setting the allowed content for each group. You can also test the version 2 which allows to specify default options for each content types. It is still in development but it is stable.
