I have developed a Zen-based theme, called CTI Flex, that is currently used as the base theme for sub-themes on my employer's (Clinical Tools, Inc.) websites, and that I use on my own personal sites. Its features include:

- 1,2 or 3 columns
- Fixed (960 pixels) or fluid width
- Three predesigned color schemes available (teal/orange, blue/green, red/gray)
- Built-in Suckerfish menus
- Custom color selection tools if the Color Picker module is installed
- Tested in Safari 3.0, Chrome 2.0, IE6-8, FF 3.0
- Standards-compliant CSS and XHTML 1.0 Strict (tested using W3C validation tools)
