Smileys such as :-D should be case sensitive: :-d should not match. This was important to me because of my "guy with glasses" smiley (B), which was confused by the module with (b).

The attached trivial patch fixes this.

No plans to implement this as it's better when importing external smileys packs which generally don't have both :-D :-d acronyms for corresponding smiley or so.
