I am getting this error message:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\apache2triad\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\panels\includes\display-edit.inc on line 369

It is displaying on the top of the Variants/Panel/Content page after I hit update on the layout designer. I deleted the region named content, then the row containing that region. I then added a row that contained columns. When I clicked on update, I rec'd the error message.

This only appears to happen in a situation where there are no regions. Since panels aren't very useful without regions, I'm switching this to a minor bug report.

I agree this is minor. It should be easily fixed. Posting mostly to bump this issue.
