"Override standard content type mapping" does not work when standard content type mapping is empty

Currently, a content type mapping cannot be overridden if the content type mapping is empty.

If we do #542260: Allow definition of multiple mappings, pick 'active' mapping right, we may not need to fix this because per node mappings will work very differently.
