I hope this hasn't been asked before (i looked around and didn't see).
Another module (DrupalIT) that I was using had a feature where after X (admi-defined) seconds, a user could cast another vote. So, after voting the first time, my site visitors could vote the second time after an hour, then again an hour later, etc.
Is this possible with Up/Down?

Right now only one vote per user is permitted under 1.x branch.
I move this to 2.x branch, that will be released soon, but I'm pretty sure that this feature is not on the roadmap of vote up down 2.x too.
