It would be nice to have an (optional) additional Combo for a quick change of the month (e.g. to three month into the future).

I already implemented the change and will gladly add the patch when http://drupal.org/node/490754 has been imported. (Easier to port it to the code.)

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
