How convert a Taxonomy Field CCk to Date Field CCK ?

Hi,

I have created a content type "Bibliographiy" in witch I have a cck taxonomy Field "Date" (4 numbers corresponding to the year of parution of a book).

I have a douzand of these taxonomy field cck, and I want to convert them to a Date field. Is it possible ? How can I do that ?
